The chicken was fresh and tender. Staff is friendly and helpful. One thing to mention is that they don’t provide a paper tray by default when you dine in.

I ordered a zinger burger the chicken was good but the salad was old you can see. The wings as always was good would definitely recommend like always and chips are great as well fresh.

So the worker “Hira” approached with utter respect and politeness, and served me my food and the counter which made the experience and food even better, her customer service is amazing and needs to be recognised as your rarely get this service.

We have visited KFC many times, and almost every visit we end up waiting far too long for our order. This time, when I went with my friend, we noticed the staff pressuring customers to complete the survey, and even speaking to the delivery drivers in a threatening manner. One lady, who seemed to be the manager, was instructing the team to ask for the survey in an unprofessional way. This was very disappointing, as we never expected such behaviour from KFC. She appeared to be senior or in a managerial position, which makes it even more concerning. We hope to have a better experience next time.
